Welcome to RCF/KCF grant management portal
Welcome to the Regional Challenge Fund (RCF)/Kosovo Challenge Fund (KCF) grant management portal, which enables you to apply for RCF/KCF grant funding. After the initial registration the Vocational Education and Training (VET) consortium can access the portal, fill-in and submit their Expression of Interest (EoI). At this stage, the applicants enter general information about VET consortia and a basic description of the planned project, including pre-defined documentation. Upon successfully evaluated and selected EoI, in the second stage, the VET consortia will be invited to elaborate and submit a detailed project proposal in this portal.
The grant management software guides the applicant through the different sections, offers guidance notes to help to enter the appropriate information and provides feedback via the on-screen messages if the information stays incomplete. The applicants can access and work on the portal until the submission deadline of the announced call. Afterwards, they will be able to login and view their project, but will not be able to modify or submit it.
After registration the applicant can start or resume their application via "My application" or "Select a scheme....".
